Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the recent fires. We are a family and we are here to help.
We know that many of our California brothers and sisters are suffering financial hardship as a result of natural disasters in our state. In response to fires, floods earthquakes in the past, local SEIU unions from across the nation have joined to offer support to members who may be suffering financial hardship as a result of the disaster.

Maximum assistance amount: $4,000 per SEIU member
No single member shall receive more than $5,000 in assistance. Members sharing living quarters or otherwise sharing financial responsibility for each other shall be limited to a maximum of $7,000 per household.
The Sonoma Raceway is welcoming wildfire evacuees to its 50-acre campground, officials announced. The campground, across from the raceway on Highway 121, will have basic services for recreational vehicles, including water and sewage. For more information contact the Sonoma Raceway at (800) 870-7223 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Airbnb has activated its Open Homes tool for Hosts in Marin, Alameda and Mendocino Counties as well as San Francisco, to support those evacuating from the Tubbs and Atlas Fire. This means that Airbnb hosts in these areas can list their space for free to accommodate evacuees who urgently need shelter. We did not activate this in Napa and Sonoma due to the rapidly changing direction of the fire and it not being clear where in these two counties homes may be affected. This allows victims to get out of the devastation altogether. Mendocino was activated because many in north Sonoma County cannot travel south.
