Bessie Gonzales is a wellness coordinator and medication technician at The Terraces at Park Marino, but she often finds herself doing the work of two or even three people.
Gonzales, who has worked at the Pasadena assisted living facility for 22 years, joined colleagues picketing the business early Friday, June 30 in a two-hour protest, claiming they’re understaffed and overworked.
