Region 3 spans the Central Valley and Central Coast, and is comprised of Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Tulare Counties. In all, Local 2015 represents over 38,600 home care providers, over 1,900 nursing home workers, and over 70 private agency healthcare workers in California’s agricultural heartland.
