• 19% of long-term care workers said they’ve quit their jobs since February 2020.
• 69% said the national shortage of health care workers has affected them and their place of work.
• 30% of long-term care workers said they aren’t sure or don’t plan to get vaccinated, compared with 18% of health care workers overall.
